Ok, so I had a guy working on my air conditioner on my 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4, he jump started the compressor some how. Well when I got my truck the transfer case was stuck in neutral. I got it out of neutral. I drove it for a couple of miles and it cut off, now it takes a long time to crank, has a skip, uses a lot of gas, rpms wont go past 4000, and the transmission wont shift past 3rd gear. It has 3 codes, P0335 (crankshaft position sensor) P0300 (random misfire) and P0303 (Cylinder 3 misfire) Can anyone tell me what could be the problem? I replaced the crankshaft position sensor and that didn't solve anything .

It's not necessarily a bad PCM. If it was, you'd have a ton of unrelated codes.

I'd start with checking out the P0335 & P0303 codes. The mechanic may have disconnected or broken the CP sensor connector and inadvertently loosened the #3 plug wire.

Ok, so I have checked all of that. Everything seemed fine. I took it to a shop, they replaced the crank sensor again, replaced the cam position sensor, and replaced the PCM and had it flashed. Nothing has changed still throwing the same codes and acting the same, at this point I cant keep throwing away money, does anyone have any idea of what it could be

Multiple unrelated codes? It MIGHT be the TIPM. I've also personally had bad battery terminal corrosion cause weird electrical issues, check your battery terminals and inspect your cables from the battery. Check out South Main Auto on YouTube, he might have a video showing a vehicle with similar issues.
