Bad TIPM?

Recently my 2009 Ram 1500 has started to have an issue where the gauge cluster will shut off then fully reset along with my wipers turning on then off and the radio resetting. From reading around I believe the TIPM is fully going out but would appreciate some knowledge before dropping a few hundred.

Also I checked my grounds and actually replaced my battery ground still to no avail.

I'd get it checked out at a dealer before it screws up anything more as the TIPM controls pretty much all your vehicle's electronics. My TIPM killed my ignition and probably the keyfobs along with it.
