Yes it is true that you can be reimbursed. You will have to submit a claim for reimbursement to FCA.2019. Dead battery. Got about 8.7v. I was told they will reimburse me for the cost since service department is closed today. Sure hope that’s true.

As soon as I get home and get my laptop open I will post a link for you for the steps to submit a reimbursement claim. Sorry it took so long for me to see your post. I haven't been on 5hr forum for a couple of days. Can you please advise process used to submit claim and get re-imbursed?
I also have a 2019 (purchased June 2019) , low miles, it sat for a couple of days, went out, 100% dead battery......put it on charger....no dice...charger gave the "bad battery" codes.....had to use wife's vehicle to jump it, so it's just sitting in the driveway running right now for a while.
thank you

Good probability a cell in the battery failed. As for trying to charge a battery that too far drained like yours, hook up the charger then use jumper cables to another car battery to fool the charger into starting to charge the battery.Same here, totally dead, won't take a charge from my NOCO Genius 3500 charger, Voltage down to 3.7V. Sat in a heated garage for 7 days. How does this happen?
