^ This is the one I use. I installed it when I put in a 3-camera dash cam with a parking mode. Sometimes the truck might sit for a couple days. The cam can draw 2-3 amps while driving and typically 30-50ma while parked IIRC, but it's just one more load. That NOCO 2D has worked out fine so far.

Look into the NOCO Genius 5. It has both ring terminals and alligator clamps with a quick disconnect on the output side, my Genius 2D only came with rings and no disconnect.
^^^^ THIS!!!
Excellent item for sure.

@rocket - the Genius 5 also has Force Mode and Repair Mode, too.
Whereas the Genius 2 does not. For a few bucks more the 5 is the better purchase overall IMPO.

i recently ran into something similar myself on my late Husband's 2021 Ram 1500 Warlock. The reading on the dash was fluctuating between 13 and 12 Volts while it was running. Since it was the original battery, i KNEW that it needed replaced. To make a long story short, i went to Advance and had them run an Amperage Draw Test on it instead of a voltage test. It should have read 750 or higher; mine was reading TWENTY EIGHT! Yeah. was lucky that it died in my driveway and i was able to take the battery to exchange it since it didn't have anything in it left to crank, even after having it on charge overnight. Came home, put the new battery in, it's been reading at a solid steady 14 Volts on the dash while running. Ya learn something new every day. i should be good for another 4 years (that's the warranty that came with the battery). God is so GOOD!

Hopefully @MeatCurtains reads the above posts,as he's firmly convinced the alternator will bring a dead battery back to life
Sorry. I have more things to do typically than float around on the internet.

I've read them and stand by what I've said.
