In order to reset the radio in a 3500, both batteries need to be disconnected, right?
This would be correct, pull both grounds, but as mentioned above it's easier to pull the fuse for the radio.both batteries need to be disconnected, right?
Yeah, I pulled the 30 amp for radio/amp, but apparently not long enough...if that's supposed to work

I have replaced the OEM with an Android radio. Everything was great for about a year until I had to replace the batteries. Then no sound on any app or channel. Not sure if this will reset the Alpine sound or not, but I cannot find any obvious cause.
