this may be a stupid question, But I’m looking to buy a factory dual exhaust (currently have the single out exhaust) and will buy a carven muffler. There is a guy close to me selling all the pipes after the muffler but he has the 6.4 bed. I have 5.7... I assume it matters right ? Like that would be protruding?

Thanks,
Sean

the pipe before the muffler is where the length difference is so muffler and the tail pipe are the same on all truck

They are all the same after the muffler.
