Being blocked trying to post the truth

I did not know if you post anything bad about ats transmissions you will be deleted and blocked. I have all the receipts to prove my claim and I am not a troll stirring the ***. My name is Ken Kaplan and I live in Gold run Ca. I will be pursuing legal action also. I am posting this to help this from happening to anyone else. I will be picking my truck up from Roseville transmissions next week but in the meantime here is what I know as fact. I did get the billet torque converter and input shaft I paid for but my existing anodized valve body was replaced with the early version non-anodized part. I will wait for Roseville transmissions full report but he also said the finned ats pan was so warped it had to be replaced also. Please post all issues with ats transmissions because I have yet to talk to a happy ats customer but it's funny how hard it is to find negative posts about them. I hope the ats overlords don't have this post removed since that would be dirty pool. I welcome the reply from ats. If I am the bad guy, then prove it ats.

Man I don't have a dog in this race but I hope you are able to share your experience fairly, like a lot of people who have ever conducted business I've been on both sides of dissatisfied customer situations and in all cases it's best when a fair resolution can be worked out. Sometimes the business is in the wrong, sometimes the customer is full of it but the only way that ever gets figured out is communication.

Hard to find negative posts about them? That is all I see on the internet. Rarely are those posts backed up by actual first hand accounts but people bash them just the same. That internet group think mentality. Seriously, all I see is people bashing them, would really like to see first hand accounts that back that up.

You bought an ATS transmission, and the valve body and pan are not correct? Is that an accurate statement?

translation....oil pan was warped and ats replaced a part with an earlier part when brought back for repairs. OP probably posted a negative remark on ATS fb page. look at the OP he has had two posts and one almost a year ago was about.....ats issues.
