I got the idea from a couple guys here I can't take any credit for it lol. They're pretty damn bright for being all black. The wife agreed that the all black looked cleaner with 'vador'.

Did you wire them into your reverse lights or off of a separate switch?

For now I just tapped into the reverse wires. When I have more time they'll be on a spdt (on-off-on) switch in the cab

My local Home Depot. I saw it at lowes as well. The piece I bought came in a 3 foot piece. Only used 1 foot of that so know I have extra to use elsewhere on the truck if I need to.

Thanks. It looks different than the stuff I normally get from lowes. Did you get stainless or aluminum? I might try to get that this weekend, depending on the damn weather...

Will see how it holds over time as the original surface wasn’t very smooth.

Installed my handgun magnet. Amazon $26 and rated at 33lbs. Unless I jump the Snake River I don't see my pistol falling down from bumps in the road. Here's a few pics and a link. 5 minute installation.

Neat. Would get you arrested at best, shot at worst here in NY, but neat nonetheless.

Is that just screwed directly into the dash? I had one like that in the last truck but I don’t know if I’m ready to permanently scar the ram lol.

Maybe I don’t understand it, because I grew up outside the US and therefore am not familiar with all that gun stuff/hype over here, but why do you need a firearm accessible and whithin reach while driving?
:hmm:

Many concealed carry holders like to take their firearms off their person for comfort while driving and/or ease of access when seated if needed...

Tell that to the gang bangers and thugs. Lol They didn’t go through the proper channels like I did for legal possession.
