I got it sorted, final rear ride height is 23 1/4" and 23 3/8" from lip to hub center

Just noticed mine today.....right rear is 1-inch higher.It won't,the trucks are designed to be lower on the drivers side so they sit level on the road crown.You can play around all you want,but it's tough to get them to sit level
And no it has nothing to do with the fuel tank,as the tank sits inside the frame rails and is very close to the center of the truck,plus the engine and transmission are offset a couple inches towards the pass side of the truck.You can tell the engine and transmission are offset,just by looking at the floorboards,there's alot more room on the drivers side footwell then the passenger side footwell
