I did look, I promise :) closest post I saw was this, which didn't help and got me confused because I didn't know there was something with the OBD that has to be changed. I thought it literally was a part swap? https://www.ramforum.com/threads/se...for-halogen-headlamps-to-oem-led-swap.217832/

I plan do to a lot of driving across country this year. My new to me 2013 long horn has a condensation issue in one of the headlamps. A LOT of condensation! With all the rain we keep having in Alabama it looks like it's raining in the headlight.
I'd like to see how much it would be to replace the entire assembly with better, brighter parts but I am not googling the correct words to find the parts. All I keep coming up with is bulbs.

Are there aftermarket LED for this? Does anyone have a recommended part?

Google Fu is an art form and is often dynamic. It works some days better than others.

The first item is, what style of headlight housings are used on your truck? I would expect yours are Duals or Quads.

The search utility in the upper-right corner is often useful, but sometimes I prefer to use my search engine Duck Duck Go with, headlight condensation ramforum.com

Geez, go to Amazon and search there is at least 5 separate headlights available between $200 and $300 with free shipping that are plug and play 99% of the time. If they don't work, return them for free.

This item is not one to overthink unless you are OEM focused

If your looking for all LED replacement headlights:
The Nova and Luxx series are all LED, if you truck has projector style headlights now, be sure to order the wiring adapter. Many members are happy with headlights from this manufacturer, and some have reported that the LED versions have better light output and coverage than using LED bulbs in the halogen versions.

Morimoto or form. Alpharex are hit or miss with throwing error codes that may or may not be eliminated with resistors or programming. I know for a fact that the form lights were designed to work and be plug and play and are all LED. I have a a review thread on these lights and 1.5 years later, I still like them and have no thoughts to switch to something else, unlike all the other housings I've ran.

If projector, $139 amazon. Akkon work great.
I had Akkon headlights for 8 years and they were great, only recently LED's failed on one. So im looking to replace, but want more of an OE looks. Looking at this. Any feedback on this brand, called ModiyStreet? This was the only one i found that didnt have feedback with people reporting leaking housings...

I had the same condensation problem in my 13 Ram 1500 Sport. After alot of research i decided to go with these headlights letsdate Headlights for Dodge Ram... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D2CRKLPC?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share. Time will tell if it's the right call.

My last truck a '98 ram...I changed the tail lights early in ownership...I bet 10 years or so later, drivers side always had water in it...didnt bother me as I wasnt looking at it when driving..lol.....looked like a sloshing fishbowl,I mean like 3in in it.never a problem with functionality though....
I think its starting on this truck now also.im seeing a breach of condensation in there now....changed those also with ebay stuff.
My fronts I've changed to some ebay item also now...cant remember the name...like $100 or something close to that.they've been super great for years now.my lower clear fogs(in bumper lights)are getting pretty crappy, tried polishing those last week..better but not good enough perfect..gonna have to get those swapped out soon.
