Looking for recommendations from the experts here please.

2022 Ram Classic Reg Cab. I drive a lot at night and already cant see for sh....

Lack technical ability so an easy swap is very necessary. Also want something that will not cause lights and alarms.

I really just want something a little better than stock.

Who meets the above asks that you have had great luck with? Any links or part numbers would be much appreciated too!

I hope I'm answering your question correctly I usually will go for LED or hid headlights If I'm not mistaken LED is a better option but a couple HID headlights good but the only problem is you have the additional equipment in order to make sure you're like working So if you just want to plug and play I think LED would be a better choice

The two best upgrades I ever got was line x and PIAA fogs. If you get yellow PIAA fogs it will freak'n blow your mind the vision, plus because they are yellow you wont get flagged for being too bright. Just take it to a truck place that sells piaa's and does installs, might be as much as 500 bucks these days but I can safely say YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

If you have the factory fog lights change them out for a set of DiodeDynamics SS3 SAE Pro level fog lights. They bolt right into place and plug in. The light is curb to curb wide and stays below the bumper. I run them all the time and especially make a huge difference in sense of along with near white out snow.

If you drive on dark country roads with little to no on coming traffic, you can use AlfaOBD to disable the fog light drop out, that turns them off if the high beams are used.

Thank you for both of those ideas. I need to learn more about this Alfa fella ... Im sure there is good knowledge here in the forum.

I do drive out in the country alot. I was thinking about changing my high beams to something more potent, but leaving low beams alone so Im not annoying everyone. I just dont want issues w warning lights or having to splice wires etc.

high beam is wrong thinking here, true high performance fogs gives you way more on the peripheral vision and great long distance as well. You can upgrade headlights as well, but true HP fogs that are yellow are great for old man eyes, as an old dude with old man eyes, this I can tell you. Put it this way, if you find yourself on a 3 lane highway, as in 6 total lanes, you can easily see a deer on the opposite side, no I'm not even joking. Look closely at that pic how far you can see into the trees, that is very accurate. Some say you can find this quality cheaper, I do believe you can, but I can tell you PIAA are incredible just what you are looking for. Let an installer spice it or just get OEM clones, PIAA usually has those but I added mine as a 2nd set. Good luck with it, don't wait these upgrades are really cool. I think rigids the good cheaper one, cant say for sure.

Just switch the high beams to LEDs, I've had this set up for years. Part of why is the low beams don't ice over driving in winter weather.
There's just a little bit of information available about AlfaOBD, one thread alone has 15K posts.
