Beware RBP - Horrible Customer Service

Beware purchasing anything from RPB (Rolling Big Power), horrible customer service.

I had a set of their nerf bars installed on my truck until I switched to AMPs. Figured I would order a new set of bolts, rib-nuts, etc, to make the install easier on whomever I sold these to. After several attempts at contacting them through their website contact form, I finally gave up and called them directly. I was informed they do not, WILL NOT, under any circumstances, sell any of the hardware separate from the steps.

As I can only assume this policy extends to the rest of their products, I would recommend avoiding them as a parts source.

Not the first negative comment I've heard about RBP customer service. And the other complaints I've heard have been much worse than this.

Not to mention their grilles aren't the greatest quality either. Had the one on my '07 start peeling and rusting less than a year after installation. Wasn't impressed for a $900 grille insert.

I wouldnt buy anything from that brotruck company, period.

But If I were you, I'd call ici magnum.

Do you need all of the hardware? What parts exactly? I have a lot left over.
