I ordered front 5100's to level out my 2020 big horn, will i need to also change out the rears with b8 5100's or will my stock ones work?

If you are not lifting the rear you will be fine. The only reason to change is so they are matching.

2.8 takes out the rake, you will be level, oem back shocks will be fine. You may need zone control arms to protect the ball joints, at least that was needed in late 4 gens, but not early 4 gens. Burla have zero clue at 5 gens, but something to research. However, if you do use bills in the back, everything will be better. Firmer ride, better at keep load up, better at towing, going over trail or pot holes, etc.
