Bird chirp sound

I installed the Bilstein 5100 set at 2.1 on my 2015 about 6 months ago. About 3 months ago I noticed a chirping sound every once and a while while drive through my yard. Now it's almost every time I go over just slight bumps. Are there any bushing or links that could be going bad that I need to change?

The common issue is wrong installation where the washer is placed over the strut hat instead of underneath. The shock shaft pushes through the hat and will let you know.

A squeak can be any rubber bushing however.

A trick I learned a long time ago is spray suspect bushings or joints with WD40. One at a time then drive it or bounce it. When the bird goes silent your last squirt found it.

It could be one of the shocks is defective, or it could be famous 5100 washer that wasn't installed properly, it could be any bushing in the front or rear, it could be your sway links front or rear, could be your mopar skids assuming you have those. It'll be good if you could try to narrow down where the noise is coming from and you may need a helper for that.

I 2nd what Tim said. I had the chirp issue and just kept hitting it with wd40 and motorcycle chain grease, I was sure I installed them correctly. Until 6 months later one shock popped through and I realized I put the washer on the wrong side.

My coworker had the issue. I think it ending up being the fact that they tightened the bushings while the truck was on the lift.
