Well the fun keeps going , pulled dash today as blend door an mode 1 an 2 doors are broken ,,at least the other 2 doors that connect with the rod seem ok as those 2 would have been a bigger pita

If you are taking it apart may as well replace all the doors!

I may have more fun than that as it appears the carpet is damp on passenger side and that usually means heater core issue , so the radiator is a little low and now it appears I am about to unhook the ac after reclaiming the freon and pull the box out to check heater core a little closer ,, and the fun goes on

Sorry to hear! Add ac coil to it then and heater coil.

pulling the dash sucked, but agree change AC & heater core while the HVAC box is apart, I did.
