Blue tooth issues

Anyone have an intermittent issue of it not connecting/recognizing your contacts? Even when this happens if you try to "dial" with the number it screws up the number you give to it? I have repaired it and it still does it 4 out of 7 days week. Radio needs to be refreshed? This truck was new in November last year.

Don’t know if you have an iPhone, but I’ve had odd issues like this after updating the iOS version. Usually I have to clear the phone and address book data out of the system and pair it again to download the address book all over again.....

It's a Samsung S8. repaired and it still periodically does it

Did you make sure you deleted the pairing on the phone and the radio both????

Try changing the Bluetooth AVRCP version. To do this you'll need to activate developer options on your phone. Go to Settings -> About Phone -> Software Info and tap on the build number 7 times. You'll get a pop up saying dev options is enabled. Now back out to the main settings window and you'll see Developer Options there. Go in, find Bluetooth AVRCP Version and change it to 1.3. This corrected a lot of bluetooth issues for me.
