Answer to what? I see brakes....steering issue....radio issue...phone issue..... 1st - Leave your bluetooth setting on your phone OFF. Problem solved there. Second...I don't see where a steering pull is related to your bluetooth. I mean really...Reassess this whole fargin paragraph and let's look at one issue at a time and I'm sure some folks here can help you.

Bluetooth is off. It seems to be connected to the abs. Implausible reading. Speed sensor.

First of all, do you have any MOPAR Warranties to use

IF NOT

I would say that you need to call & ask Brake & Alignment Shops if they have a specialist that works on your year Ram.
Then when you choose a shop, go there & tell them about your experience with the dealerships, so they have a back ground to work from

I see/contributed to a post like this a few months back with a guy who claimed to have purchased a new 2500 with the 6.7 and was asking the wildest questions.

A lot of guys tried to help and it just seemed fishy as does your Post OP

No offense OP, but this is your first post and you seem very, well it sounds like a bad scam phone call and I don’t know why you are asking the questions you are. Guys on here are super friendly and your post is well, rather distracting to the community.

The fact that you say you found the Bluetooth was hacked means nothing - hacked with and for what? What was the indication that led you to believe your ECU was compromised which is protected by the gateway in modern trucks? You try to talk on the phone and hit the brakes as a statement together also makes no sense Along with almost your entire post.

Sorry, but that’s as far as I’m going to let you waste my time. Good luck.

If you are having eradic electronics it could be a bug or short. I don’t see how someone hacked it? What makes you think it was hacked? Best bet is to see if you can get the dealer to do a flash on the computer to see if it helps and show them what it’s doing first hand so they can actually see

The only Chrysler vehicle that was hacked, was a JEEP

Some Hackers proposed to Chrysler & others, that they wanted to see if they could take over control of one of their vehicles.
Chrysler accepted that challenge.
They took a Jeep, & FOBs or keys, that had rolled off the assemble line & turned it over to the hackers. They also gave them other documents that the customer never sees.

It took the hackers several weeks & honestly, they did not accomplish as much as they thought they would.

Then they handed Chrysler all the documents
I don't recall if they got the Jeep as part of the payment

all the other hackers that made claims about hacking Chrysler vehicles were false

This is definitely Russia; they have been using Bluetooth to hack trucks and track them to the owner’s home before assasinating their entire family.

You are absolutely right to be concerned, and I hope we can catch it in time; the best thing to do is to take it to a empty parking lot and douse it in gasoline then burn it to the ground to delete the compromised data.
Hopefully they haven’t uploaded it to the Russian mobs yet.

Also, buy lots of guns and train your family in their use just in case so you can defend yourself.

Best of luck OP.

This is not good advice. I recommend the owner sell this truck to someone on this group, at a loss, of course. Then one of us who have all the answers can help fix this issue.

As both a Mopar fan and also a cyber security architect that specializes in automotive and critical infrastructure, I can say with it utmost certainty that you are not being hacked. The original hack on Jeep was not on Bluetooth. It was on the Wi-Fi model within the uconnect system. Although Bluetooth is "hackable", it is quite difficult as the attack typically can only occur at the time of pairing. Your issues sound more like a short somewhere in the system and not a hack or other malicious attack. My guess based on your symptoms is that you likely have a short somewhere in the traction control system which would give the impossible speed messages. I do not know how (or if) the uconnect I tegrates with CAN network, but there is a very slight possibility you have a short inside the radio that is back feeding noise onto the CAN network and interfering with the legitimate signals. Either way, I would say there is likely a zero percent chance that your truck is being hacked and buying 9 phones in 10 months is a bit odd, but also not going to solve the issue. If you unpair your phone from the uconnect, it cannot connect back without you allowing it. That's just not how Bluetooth works.

Your shops can look at the errors in the engine and body control modules and even ABS and see what's going on. If there are bad signals, then they should trace them back to a single source. If it's the radio, maybe pull the radio and see if you can drive for a while like that. If the issues is gone, ask them try a replacement radio as a short may be suspected.

I think you're merging "Correlation" with "Causation".

You have multiple issues that are happening at or near the same time - the only thing they have in common is timing, like when you use the vehicle.

You're not the only one with slight steering/braking issues. It'll be some work, but you'll figure it all out once you see an alignment specialist and test your brake/steering issues on multiple surfaces (parking lots, highways, local roads, etc with the specialist.

You need to remove the word "hacked" from any description regarding your vehicle. Here's why you "think" that, but also why that deduction is soooo far off base;
The UConnect system. It's about as awful a system as you can get. Correction - it is THEE WORST PHONE/VEHICLE INTERACTIVE SYSTEM IN THE GALAXY. It is incredibly invasive and takes over the phone without letting the phone be the primary source, rather to pick up when UConnect was last connected - including, but not limited to opening up Apps and Programs you had finished with when not in the vehicle, reopening them and playing from near or where you left the vehicle.
It's a lot like a wife who will bring up crap from the past that you thought the two of you had worked out but for some reason she's back at that place and there's not a damn thing you can do about it.
There is no immediate trick to fix a wife who does that ... or the UConnect System.
And ... there is NO REASON ON EARTH for someone to benefit from "hacking" your vehicles personal interactive system as there is NO GAIN! ! !
If something is going to be hacked, there has to be a gain - like your bank account or corporate records or Victoria Secret's photographers laptop ... LOLOL . Not your car.
Now that I've spelled that out for you ... your vehicle was not, is not, nor will be "hacked". But I can understand your frustration.

Hope this helps.

Imma second your statement. This whole post seems fishy and then the reply by another junior member about Russian hacking? Sounds like bored kids sitting around the in their Spider-Man pajamas making ridiculous posts out of boredom.

Consumer Reports? I remember them from many years ago when they published an article about the Omni/Horizon models. They claim to have tested the safety of the car by driving on a testing track at highway speed, jerking the steering wheel to one side, letting go, and the car going off the track. I was duly impressed. ;)

OP

The radio does not talk to the systems you say you are having issues with. The radio only talks to the BCM and the BCM can pull information from the other systems. I had a issue with my 2018 where the truck would do weird stuff, but it also through a ton of codes. It basically came down to the ABS module was bad and was throwing garbage on the cam bus and stopping the other modules from talking properly. That is most likely your issue. If you want to be sure factory reset your radio and then there wont be any phones or your info connected. drive around with none connected and see if you still have your issues. Or go to a better dealer that knows how to diag your truck.

Did I read his bio correctly? This is a 2015? Am I to assume he just started having this problem?

Gettle sucks as does CCCJDR. Go to Douglas in Venice.

My guess is you have a bad brake hose that need replaced.
