My son wrecked his/my 2005 Ram 1500 and I am in need of a complete bumper, grill and hood. Where can I get good after market parts? OEM parts are very expensive.

I have bought some items on carid, not body panels though. I do notice that they carry aftermarket body parts. Otherwise, if you live in a fairly populated area and are looking to save money, look up your local junk yards. In the New York metro area where I live, there are a ton of them. In fact, many have a computerized inventory and the parts are already removed from vehicles and separated by category, so you can go and inspect. I have had very good luck at Hunts Points Auto Wreckers in the Bronx. Good luck.

LMC truck may have the parts you're looking for. I have heard good things about them and I've never ordered body panels from them. I have ordered other items and have been happy with them.
