Yeah good luck (and better have a good attorney) with getting any engine or transmission warranty through Ram after adding a supercharger. Your not only are parts being changed but reprogramming the operations of the ECM(after unlocking).If you want a add on for your truck that will give you more torque & will not void your warranty on your truck. Check into a Pro Charger. That make them for just about all trucks. It's going to run you about $7000.00. But will not void your warranty if installed by a Pro Charger shop. Good Luck.
The closest to an add-on supercharger covered under the factory warranty is the Roush supercharger for the Ford V-8 trucks, but I don't think the OP is going to sell his truck to add a supercharger.
