Bottom corner bed guard question!

Does anyone know if this plastic guard for the bottom corner bed comes in like a full length? Other than this. Doesn't make sense that they wouldn't make the piece that covers the whole length instead of this stub.

My truck doesn't have that. Looks like a good place for water and dirt to get trapped.

Agree 100% but just dawned on that why the hell they wouldn't continue the piece all the way. So now I need to find out if they make it that does.
