Have a 2011 Laramie. Bought the 2.5 inch rough country leveling kit. I’ve seen guys talk about also doing new UCAs when they do their level. I also plan to go to 35s after I level my truck. Can anyone tell me if I need to do new UCAs now? Or is it just a peace of mind thing? Thanks guys!

If you used a spacer that makes the overall length of the strut longer and off-road it, you should do UCA's

What manufacturer would you recommend? Also not looking to spend a fortune but want to keep issues from popping up down the road

Rough country also has a set, not sure if they sell them as a stand alone though.

The UCA's were redesigned in 2013 so you have the better UCA's [emoji16]
You don't need UCA's [emoji1303]

Besides uca ball joint typically doesn't just fail all at once , they slowly migrate upwards and gives you poping sounds as a warning .
Hope this helps !

This. You don’t need to worry near as much with a 2011

The UCA’s I listed correct the geometry, not required but a good idea

About 32 seconds in. But I hear the 2011's are better.

They do as I just installed them this weekend. It was killing me to see my UCA's at such an angle. The new one fixed it and the install was easy. I used the ones for a 3 1/2 inch lift
