Hey everyone. I went and did something irresponsible this weekend! Traded my ‘13 Express for a ‘19 Bighorn. My family and I are loving this truck!! It is everything we were looking for including a normal sized short bed [emoji23]

Beautiful truck. Out of curiosity, what is the payload on the yellow sticker, inside the drivers door jamb?

Welcome to the club! We are all enjoying our new RAMs these days! Great truck! I'm a 20 yr F150 owner. 3 different trucks over that time frame. Always loved them but I made the right decision to go RAM this time around.

Great looking truck! Some running boards, hid projector retrofit and wheels would make it perfect.

Maybe retrofit the rear seats from a Laramie for the recline feature to keep the kids happy.

First; Danes welcome to the Gen 5 family!

Second; Gero, can you retrofit the rear seat? I know the bracket the seatbacks attach to on the back wall of the cab are different. The fixed seats have a stationary latch, the sliding recline seats attach to a vertical rod that allows it to move up & down. As its the action of the seat bottom moving horizontally and pulling/ pushing the bottom of the seatback with it while the top of the seatback moves vertically that creates the recline.

I have seen pics of the respective latch and vertical rod on the cab wall but the insulation was still in place. I couldn’t see how they were attached to the cab wall. I was assuming they were welded in place. Are they bolted and interchangeable? I would like to know if this can be done for a reasonable cost b/c I’d seriously consider doing it if it can be.
