Hello all, hope someone can help me. I just replaced my integrated brake controller and getting service trailer brake warning. I replaced the cheap Amazon one with oem . Any ideas? Thanks much

Where did you buy the oem one from.If it came off amazon or ebay,it still might be a cheap chinese knock-off,just cause it says Mopar on it,if it came off either site ,doesn't mean it's legit

Can you pull a code to see what the problem is indicated by a code?
Potentially, there are some switches that may have been changed somehow during the change.
I would guess that you have access to a program such as Jscan or AlphaOBD to check the settings, trust but verify, so to speak.
You have a faulty Mopar set of parts, which is also a potential cause.
Did you check all the connections to verify they are properly connected/seated is also a possible cause.
