Brake Problems, please help.

1999 with a 5.9. I have vacuum on Brake booster, fluid is coming out of master cylinder when i loosing the nuts going out to proportional valve,NO FLUID COMING OUT OF HCU when i loosened the line going out to the rear brakes.I did take the ABS Module out and clean the wires and put that back and brake pedal got some kind of better than before but still front calipers are locked and pedal goes down after a little while. Iam at the point after watching youtube to get a new Master cylinder and hope that put everything back to normal.thank you and Appreciate your Help

One more thing, I have Dump valve on porportional valve and No pressure what so ever and no fluid at all.

By the way There is NO engine LIGHT or ABS is ON

If it's not holding pressure when you apply the brake pedal, your master cylinder needs replacing, make sure you bench bleed it before you connect the brake lined, they usually give you the plastic lines to bench bleed it along with instructions.
