I was wondering what are the Blue colored lights that I see and are so much brighter than my Halogen lights ? I put new headlight assemblies in and think I would like something brighter ? I appreciate the help as I live in the country and am on the road at 5 a.m. every morning so it would help with me missing deer .

HIDs or LEDs are the way to go. I have LEDs in mine and love them! I did every bulb in the truck. Mine are white not blue.

How come there’s no light in front,it’s all to the sides blinding oncoming drivers, please don’t be one of these.

I swapped out every light in my truck for LEDs and what a difference. And yes, you can clock LEDs so they don't blind oncoming traffic, but it starts with installing the bulbs correctly. I too went with 6000 white. My addiction to LED started with installing smokey lenses and not having bright enough bulbs. In clear lenses you could outshine the moon if so desired. Good luck,

Don't go blue if you are worried about wildlife

blue ONLY blinds oncoming traffic, it does nothing to enhance YOUR vision

Blue fools the eye into thinking it is brighter, but really it is just fooling the eye.

Blue does not reflect back from brown so deer/elk/moose remain invisible to it.

for wildlife, light yellow is the best!

If you want bright usable see the road light you want a retrofit. Not a plug n play LED/HID kit.

I am running 6000K HID's in mine love HID's and the headlight lens the way they are made in the 4th gen truck has great cut off line even with the hid's. the light goes where it's suppose to and you do not get bright lighted. run HID's In both of Vehicles.

I did the LED's in mine back in December 2019. This has made all the difference in the world.

Here's a shot with the original fog light bulb still in on the passenger side.

I have a 19 Express with blacked Quads. I have Fahren bulbs in my lows, highs and fogs and I don’t get flashed from oncoming traffic with my lows unless it’s a lowered car but in that case it’s their own damn fault. The Fahren bulbs are a white led and 100% true plug and play but you do have to adjust them to the 9&3 position to get the best output.

I recently installed these on my ‘17 high and lows and fogs. H+L’s work great but fogs are not working at all, dash says they’re on but nothing… any suggestions? Did you have this issue

No issues at all with any of my lights. Have you tried flipping the plugs around? Some lights, if they don’t work, you turn the plugs around.
