First off, I wanna say thanks to all of you folks for leading me down this rabbit hole! Haha What started off as me looking for a "simple solution" to an exhaust leak, has led me to where I am now. I "think" I have everything covered, but just want some more experienced eyes to look over everything. I'll be doing all the work myself in my garage (with the help of a buddy).

EXHAUST:
TSP Long Tube headers w/ catted (they may or may not get reamed out) y-pipe
Header wrap
ARP header bolts
6022 Remflex Exhaust gaskets
O2 sensor extensions
Evil Energy V-band clamps
Flowmaster FlowFx 3" inlet, 2.5" (x2) outlets
5" black exhaust tips
Local exhaust shop will handle everything from the headers back, once I get them installed. (Gonna be fun running open headers to the exhaust shop )

INTAKE:
6.4 (truck) intake swap (found a used one on ebay for under $600), got it all cleaned up yesterday. Pulled, cleaned, and tested all the injectors. Trimmed the MAP sensor "housing".
SRV extension harness (from Sam on FB)
Mopar EGR block off
Felpro Gasket set
Spectre 3996 Breather Filter
AF Dynamic CAI
Should I do any DIY porting on the intake??

CATCH CAN:
Evil Energy Catch Can kit from Amazon
Napa inline PCV valve
Mighty Mouse Solutions PCV adapter

TUNING:
HPtuners likely to be tuned by Jay Greene (will be happy to hear opinions on any other better options here)

MAINTENANCE:
NGK 4469 spark plugs and Denso boots
Trans fluid change: MaxLife ATF, New pan, Thermal Bypass Valve

Sorry for the long post, but wanted to try and make it easy to read. Any tips and tricks you have for the installs would be appreciated. Also, feel free to let me know if I'm missing anything, or any suggestions at all!

I'll be out of town working for the next 2 weeks, so I have plenty of time to get stuff ordered (if needed).

Thanks, Dustin

You are in casting sand years and model, I'd run rmi 25 for 500 miles and do a coolant change, check overflow anything dislodged with be trapped in overflow tank for extraction. Well, maybe not model I see you are just upgrading one part to 6.4, but still a great idea on ten year old coolant run RMI 25. Casting sand mostly a 2500 issue, perhaps some 5.7's less prevalent.

Gear fluids and t case?

Not familiar with rmi 25?? I'll have to do some research on that. Good call though on the flush.

Planning to do a truetrac soon, so will do the gear and tc fluids at that time. Only have around 65k miles on the truck.

If it's a used manifold, strip it down to just a manifold, then take it over to your local coin-op carwash, and wash the hell out of the inside of it,with the high pressure soap setting and rinse afterwards.
There's better tuners out there then the one you're picking.
I'd go with Ryan at FRP,if you're tuning via HP

I don't know much about Ryan or Jay Greene when it comes to tuning because I have never done business with them. I only know their names from reading the forums.

When it comes to tuning this is not a place to pinch your pennies. Tuning is one of the most important decisions that you can make for your truck. The tune is the difference between having a truck that makes good power and is enjoyable to drive versus a truck that has trouble starting and poor drivability. The tune is the lifeblood of the truck. Tuning is not a one-size-fits-all kind of thing. Each truck is different. Do your due diligence and spend some time to research who you want to tune your truck. Ask questions. Lots of questions. If a question cannot be answered then I'm not sure I would use them as a tuner.

Also, make sure that you get a copy of the stock tune file and save it in your email and on a jump drive. Having a backup copy of the stock tune is paramount in the tuning game. If a mistake is made or something is just not right the stock tune can be flashed so that the truck will start and drive.

Yep, it's used. Broke out the pressure washer yesterday and cleaned it inside and out!
I'll check out FRP as well for tuning.
Thanks

Definitely not looking to pinch pennies with the tune. I’ll have a copy of my stock file, since I have to download it when I send my pcm to HP. Do you have a recommendation for a tuner??

Sorry I didn't see this earlier.

Where are you located?

You should look for a Mopar shop that has a dyno and tunes late model RAM's. You may have to drive quite a ways to get to a tuner. In many parts of the country a good tuner with a dyno can be hard to locate. There are plenty of HP Tuners out there who tune every day but they don't do RAM trucks daily. I have seen some customers from Texas to Colorado and Illinois just to have access to a quality tuner that had experience with their setup. Not everyone can do that though so that's why research is so important on this subject.
