bulbs quad or duel

how do i know if my truck has a quad or duel lights in it ? i want to put hids and buy a bi xenon bulb but never seen quad xenons

the quads have a separation. JJ could give you all the technical specs lol, but pics help you know what you have

ok so i take it i dont need any bi xenon bulbs since one bulb is for high one is for low and then the fog lights...

looks like i need:

h11 for low beam
9005 for high beam

9145 for fogs

I think that the dual take the bi-xenon and the quad are two bulbs but jeremy can tell you for sure.
