Has called us and told us not to promote or sell his tunes without a catch can.
We have dyno numbers from a customer (member here) who has dyno proof of what the catch can did. It increased his overall power

He bought the t1000 and WL tune 2 weeks ago and came back a week later for a catch can

I just ordered a Billet catch can and the 2013 TB from Moe's last night around 9:00 cst and received the shipping confirmation this morning...delivery is scheduled for tomorrow already! I'll switch the tune from regular to performance after the install...will try to share results this weekend. It sounds like both of these are pretty quick and easy. Is there a standard install location for the catch can that anyone knows of?

There is already a hole drilled and tapped into the front passenger side of the engine block. The catch can comes with a Ram specific mounting bracket and a new bolt to mount it in this location. It is the only hole that is threaded, so it is easy to find.

Very easy install, you'll just have to shorten up the hoses, I put anti-seize on the bolt as well.

BD Pings bad and with high octane. A catch can will fix this pinging? Surprised BD would release something that pings so bad.

Hard to believe a simple device like a catch can would do so much good but then again I am ignorant in the engines and tunes area.

I know BD said the A012 update would fix the pinging but not the case with 92 octane on both regular and performance tune.

I feel ya man, $150 for a coffee cup with 2 fittings is hard to swallow huh, especially since it has no moving parts or electronics.

Exactly ive used many catch cans on old cars ive had. Never paid near that. I could get a friend to cnc a bracket and just use a cheaper can.

I did that once with my jeep srt8 and it just looked cheap and had to find a spot to mount. Just didn't look that nice. The BT catch cans have specific brackets for a perfect fit and quality is the best IMO

I understand. Its better to keep it tasteful anyway. Just a hard pill to swallow

My wife just started the truck and turned the Bully Dog on. Numerous warnings came on, the wipers came on by themselves, and the truck shut off. We turned the BD tuner off and the truck started again but the warnings are still on.

These guys have billet catch cans for our truck at $100 and I believe that is shipped too....... Put the $50 saved in your gas tank.

Does anyone know at what RPM the Bullydog tuner is supposed to make the extra HP they claim? I was bored yesterday and uninstalled mine and damn if I can feel any difference at all.

I installed a 40430 Hemi Bully Dog on '13 and severeal issues with mine.. Check engine, tranny temp won't show, bully dog unit locks up when changing some of the new features.. Had 4 different techs on the phone, they keep saying they go patches or etc but only 1 actually sent it.. Honestly I'm hating bully dog now and wish I bought something else insted of this paper weight..

Well I just installed the latest update from Bullydog yesterday and everything seems to work now but the "reset adaptives". I won't use this feature anyway so really don't care about it. I hope everyone else gets their tuner working. Waited on the phone for over an hour but I think it was worth it this time.

So how often do we need to update the tuner? Mine has been loaded for about 2 weeks and has been fine, if I update it will I start having issues?

If wait till they iron everything out.
But I only update my tuner if there is a feature I'm missing that I want or need.
Otherwise, it stays the same

In the show settings menu go down to where it says software. It should read 3.1.4.2 A013
