BULLYDOG BDX error code help

hey guy I have a bully dog bdx and keep getting this error code when trying to upload a new tune it’s 110D4 I have a 2014 ram and have used it before with out this issue. Just wanted to hear some input before sending it back to Bullydog. Thanks for any input! I have hemi fever waiting to be installed and am frustrated

Have you checked to see if the tuner software needs updating????

I don’t know what happened but I updated my 5.7 hemi tune provided by bully dog and installed it once again updated onto my truck and bam

Erased my whole ecu truck won’t run anymore or anything initially I was trying to install a hemi fever tune but I kept getting that code but looks like I got nothing now
