Cabin Air Filter

I pulled the glove box today to look and see what kind of set up I have for the cabin air filter. I bought the truck in December of 2017, I've seen pics of the filter box with the area that needs to be cut out and am aware of the process of obtaining a door and filter. There was nothing like this in my Bighorn. It appeared there was a door but I couldn't get it to open. 2016 Big Horn quad cab. Any ideas? All help is appreciated.

My 2017 had the door and filter installed.

Ram started putting in the Cab filter in late 2016. My early 2016 did not have one.
