Cam/lifter Kit

I'm needing some options in purchasing a cam/lifter kit with no tune needed basically a straightforward swap repair. I know the usual answer is might as well get a tune since you're in there and all, but I just need the truck running at this point and also trying to save on what I can.

A straight forward swap is going to be to use OEM parts.

Does anyone actually get ahold of MMX? I have some of their stuff, but they don't answer emails or phones. I tried many, many times. My MMX cam came from Moe's.
