My thumb still hurts from the acid....

And the spray paint is taking forever to come off my hands.

Sanding was brutal, every time I thought I was done, Eddie would come by and say, get here, here and here, it's still shinny. For like 30 minutes straight.

Looking good so far!

As far as the sanding. I repair badly damaged furniture all day. And I go through sand paper like crazy. After a while you get used to it. Tips to make time go by faster... Good music, and sand with your arm. Not with your entire body, LoL

He's just a baby. Lol. I warned him the paint thinner would feel bad if he got it on his hands.

I bleached the shrouds, and sanded them.

I sanded down the actual headlight, and did a test fit for the projector. The shroud is a little tight, is that normal?

yeah, and you want to mount them with the screws......or they'll work their way off.

I put the shrouds on, and they were tight. Like the screws didn't really help.
