Thats the problem with doing more than basic bolton's after you reach a certain point you need to really tune it or it wont run or will run worse off than it was.

get it done and trade your SC for a DSP. Or get a SCT and stack it with your SC.

Where were you going to get them done for free at? Would you have to pull your heads to do them or trade yours for the CNC heads or someone just wants to give them away?

when you do your cam, you will be able to get more out of it with a custom tune as well

Just saying, with your cam, and FREE ported heads, your truck would haul ass with a custom tune.

Find a SCT and stack it with the superchips so you can keep all your trans stuff. Or maybe you can be the BETA tester when/if SC comes out with custom tuning.

You;ll be running lean so you need to get a wideband O2 and add fuel, this is not something that you can do with the DSP either cause you'll need to adjust the part throttle fuel trims as well as the WOT fuel trims. Dont want to get a new set of heads for free only to destroy them and costing much more because of lack of tuning

And it should be more than what a powerwire or 180* T-Stat can do

Wow tune wise, Your looking at an air /fuel mixture that will work with the ported heads. The cam is already leaving more breathing room, the head work will allow the exhaust gases to actually blow right out the tubes. (much like you see in the open headers on the strip). i haven't a clue how to tune that. I know one thing stay off the peddle in the rain! That ****** will never stop spinning, dry or wet!!
