anyway got this off 5miles and well it took some tweaking to make fit and had to make some of my own brackets (two were missing) there is no markings of any kind on it anywhere and i would like to know who made it so i can order new (unbent and not homemade) mounting brackets.

even though i got it on straight and very sturdy i just would like the right parts if you know what i mean.

anyway been googling brush guards and grille guards for days. Maybe some one here has seen one like this that covers the bumper as well

looks like its homemade or part of it is anyhow.

other than the old paint/powder coat, all the welds are identical, as well as the bends, so i would think it was all assembled at the same time. but you might be right as ive yet to find another like it on google

thats true, just feel it was made this way from the ground up, though personally i could have buit this from the ground up at the shop as well so you might be right.

i know i like the fact it protects the bumper as well as the grille, got a lot of dark back roads full of hogs and deer around here. its lighter than a full bumper, and stronger than the stock bumper.

it wasnt centered when i put it on, used a come-along to pull it to the side as the whole truck slid sideways and didnt move the guard at all. had to also tie the truck off to another tree lol.

used the exavator i got to bend it upright and could lift and bounce the whole truck up and down in the air with it. its amazingly solid.

all this work was due to the fact all the mounts were bent. guess the previous owner hit something

whole thing looks home built good job but home built. it doesn't fit close enough imo for a company to build. I think they would have pulled it in closer around the lights

yeah i mounted it wrong, i thought the brackets used the stock bumper bolts, but really they go behind the bumper mounts with large square u bolts around the frame, so the whole thing is suppose to be about 3" closer to the truck or more,,, got it second hand so i had to guess how it went.

all the mounting points attach by bolting around the frame
