Like Mike flea said, if you go there, even without buying car fax if you sign up and enter your vin you can get free history on your vehicle, and you can update your own info, oil changes, milage etc

I don't think its exactly the same as a paid car fax report shows but for mine it has similar records, previous dealers maintenance and such

How cool! They even have the "DIY" option for the service. I added my air filter change from last Friday.
