Drove across some really rough road work today, and when I came out of it I noticed I had to steer left to go straight. When I got home the whole passenger side is leaning 1-1.5”. I looked around, and found the passenger side caster bolt is all the way forward, and I can turn the nut by hand. Anyone know the torque spec on it? I want to match the driver side setting and tighten it up, so I feel safe driving it to get a proper alignment tomorrow.
Do I need the whole front end off the ground, or can I just lift the passenger side?

Just tighten it and take it in. I drove a lot of kms with that out of whack before I finally figured out why it was leaning. Didn't hurt anything that I know of.

If you're getting a proper alignment tomorrow and don't need to drive much, as said above you could just tighten it up as tight as you can get it for now.

If it were going to be a few days, it would be better to get them close.

Personally, I'd lift the front off the ground. The cam will rotate the axle and with one side on the ground could bind something. I don't know for sure, but seems logical thing to do.

Thanks guys. Looks like it’ll be Monday before I can get it in. I got it close to the other side and torqued it down.
I’ll just drive the Civic until Monday, and just drive it the 10 miles over to the shop.

Absolutely can be done on the ground. These can bolts SUCK! Losen upper radius arm bolt then adjust cam. It’s best if you listen both sides and let axle free up and move. It’s crazy how much things will move with just a little adjustment. You’ll see it rise and lower as you adjust the cam. For tq I got as tight as I can. Haven’t broke it yet. I switched from regular radius arms to power wagon arms since I off-road.
