I have a set of PW Articulink radius arms and I’m getting ready to install them on my none PW 2500 HD.

If I match the caster positions on the new Articulink arms with how my current radius arm caster adjusters are set on the stock radius arms will it be close enough to drive?

Or will I have to go immediately to an alignment shop?

You can without a doubt drive it. Worst case if you have it super off is it wont drive very good or steering wheel may not center itself very well. Just get it close, then eventually get it to an alignment shop for thurens alignment specs.

I am curious if you will notice much of a difference with the arms.

Fun fact…I was the first person to ever run a set of Thuren radius arms.
Put them on my 05 2500

Just saw your post, hopefully this is still relevant.

2500s are extremely easy to align yourself if you do a little research. And if you go to Thuren's page like olyelr suggests they tell you exactly how to set everything based on your other variables and how you want it to drive. If all you are doing is control arms, no way I'm paying for an alignment for them just to turn 2 bolts where Thuren told them to.

if youve not tore into it yet i suggest getting a free printout from a local alignment shop. that will show you what your dealing with. then you can put your caster at what ever you want using one of the several angle finder gages. toe isnt much more difficult.

if your not aware ill explain breifly the thuren vs dodge alignment. thuren just uses precise numbers ( example : 0 toe 4.4 caster) but other wise theres no secret sauce to it. dodge just has a wider acceptable range . +.1- +.3 toe 4.0-5.0 caster.
mine drives great but isnt exact what thuren thinks it should be so im not gonna split hairs for likely no improvement, not to mention my lost time. its your truck , your call.
the manual does say to replace the radius arm bolts and nuts since theyre tty. not looking for a ******* match. just throwing it out there as a fyi

Thuren specs are largely the same. No problem with dodge factory specs for a stock set up, Thuren just has a couple tweaks to caster and I think maybe toe for people that are running larger tire set ups to account for the heavier steering they cause. Idk if the OP is running large tires but given the articulink set up it wouldn't surprise me.
