Scottsdale isn't far from me. If you want to hear a muffler delete let me know and we could meet up. I bet you'd be surprised how quiet my truck is cruising. And how mean it sounds when you're stomping on it. I do have Carven tips though with the delete.

One of my friends has beautiful truck with the progressive, it really does sound great.

I need it to be quieter. With LT's I can wake the dead

What's it like with the larger tips? Deeper? Louder?

When I put 5" tips on my truck (Moe's instead of Carven) the exhaust tone got a little bit deeper and maybe a slight touch louder.

To answer a few questions that have come up in here.

Carven has a flared inlet now and it does NOT butt up to the stock pipe. they revised there muffler kit last fall (2017)

5" tips will give the exhaust note a deeper tone and look awesome ;)

We have all the Carven options and then some here https://gotexhaust.com/c-1183874-ram-owners-preferred-products.html dont forget to use promo code CARVEN10 for your discount!

Keeping an eye on this thread, I am currently on the same boat deciding between a catback or if I should settle for a muffler for now. Let me know if you notice any gains or any improvements other than sound.
