I drove for a year without a helper spring and mcgaughys 2" shackles trying to get my truck level and hauled a little but didn't like how bouncy it was even after I put new reflex shocks on it so I put the helper springs back on it and its really stiff. my main springs are pretty worn out and sit flat on the helper spring. do yall think this is my problem? heres some pics of the springs before I put the helpers back on so yall can see how worn out they are.

and yes I put my boot into the bed of the truck cause the damn tow truck driver turned a simple new axle shaft and a couple of other things into body work and paint when he was dragging the truck on the wheel and the wheel came up and bent the bed all to hell
