If I pull the CCV filter off of my truck can I tell if it needs to be replaced or not? I bought a 2018 with 123,000 miles and it is now at 150,000 miles. I haven’t gotten any messages saying to change it and of course I don’t know if it has been changed before I bought the truck. I’m really hoping to be able to look at it and get an idea whether or not it needs replaced.

You can't really tell, but I'm with 06 Dodge. They're fairly cheap. There would have been a message at 67.5k miles if it hadn't been replaced. It's likely that it has but I'd do it anyway. Then you know for sure.
