Center console swap help

Purchased a center console and started putting it in. I have an 18 express. This console ad said it’s for a 13-18, but reading further in description says 1500 it’s for a 13-17. The data cable (small hdmi looking one) is smashed and my jump seat has three cables coming out of it, but the center console only has two, and has some all the way at the front of the console.

This one was jacked up on the console.


This one was not on the console.


Similar one was on the console and plugged right in where this one was.

Has AC duct but this is my setup.

Do you need an 18 console wiring harness because it won't work? I have one off my 2018 before I added rear heated seats (center console wiring) it has USB connection, cig lighter, and the square plug at the front - console connector for under the driver seat and at the rear has the connector for the cig plug and the square one that plugs in at the rear panel

If the harness is smashed mine is intact fully just PM me

PM sent, but I figured out that the wire harness under the seat where the jumper seat plugged in, goes to the front of the console in the open plugs I have a picture of in the original post. Thanks!
