Change backup camera aspect ratio?

Hey Gents!

Just picked up my 18 2500 HD Tradesman last week. After a few hundred miles, one thing is bothering me. Why is the aspect ratio for the backup camera 4:3, when it looks like the screen (5") is closer to 16:9? There's a relatively small screen already and by making it 4:3, they made it even smaller. Does anyone know how to change it??

It's the limitations of the radios that come in the Tradesmen. Bump to a RA4 8.4"or aftermarket double din screen radio, and the aspect ratio is more closer to a native 16:9.
