Anyone know if I was to change rims on Rebel to 20X9 Offset 0 (bolt pattern match's)

Would I have to change anything else on Truck?
It has Factory Air. I don't wish to mod the Truck, just different wheel look.

Does changing rim size matter or tire or both?

For Tire, I was thinking about putting 275/65R20 Discoverer AT3 XLT

Wheel size doesn't matter (within reason) if you keep an equivalent tire size. Assuming you're running the stock 275/70R18 tires, going to a 275 or 285/60R20 will keep your speedo within a few tenths. The 275/65R20 is about an inch larger in diameter (34.1") than your stock size (33.2") so your speed will be off by 1-3 mph. Here's a good site for checking tire size comparisons- https://tiresize.com/calculator/

Thanks for responding. That website is very helpful.
I've been reading other posts here and on another site. Most people seem to be keeping
stock rims, and just putting bigger tires.

I can't test rims, as I would be ordering them from US.
Just not sure if I would need to cut and/or remove anything.

Nice Truck. Like the Rims. And black lugs are nice.
I got night edition, but they put chrome lugs. makes it just look ugly.

So you went with 55 tire? and 295. How do you like those tires? Are they for driving or off-road or both?

I'm trying to pick something that work in Winter but also for Daily driving. I could use stock for off-road or buy something else.

Thanks! Yea they’re a 33.2 x 12” tire, didn’t wanna go up much in diameter being just leveled but wanted a wider tire to fill the wheel wells. But the tires are considered an all terrain lol just have a m/t sidewall. Biggest reason I liked them other than looks was they have a lot siping for wet traction and the 3 peak snow rating so snow traction should be just as good. So far I’m really impressed with them.

Been looking for them around my area. Did you buy tpms sensors ?
I'm looking for part number on mopar's website. But they don't list anything for 2021

I have a similar looking truck. A '21 Hydro Blue Warlock, has the same grill design as the Rebel, same silver RAM on the front, and the same silver lug nuts, everything else blacked out. It looks silly with those, so I got replacement blacked out lug nuts, and working on replacement RAM grill letters. IMHO, this is something these trucks should have come with from the factory.
