Check engine light P0740

Ok, my 2017 3500 with 50k miles. Engine light pops on. OBD shows P0740 first time TCC out of range. Still under warranty so back to dealer. Replaced torque converter. 1 week later light on again, same code P0740 this time Torque converter circuit open. Back to dealer no issues found. Advance 1month CEL on again same p0740 open circuit. Replaced transmission solenoid and fluids. Now today AGAIN CEL p0740 open circuit!! Have not had it back in my possession 2 weeks. Other than pulling the trany and putting in a new one. What else is causing the same code to generate??

Not sure however sounds like you need to take it to another dealer if still under warranty they are just throwing parts at it and guessing.
