One of my lifters failed on my RAM 1500 so they repaired the lifters and replaced the oil pump and sensor and still getting a check engine light. They are stumped .Its a HEMI 5.7 engine 54000 miles . Any help on here what to do next . The dealership is stumped. The code is low oil pressure but the pressure has been checked manually and its fine ?

Try another sensor , maybe the replacement was no good .

Part failure is unfortunately common nowadays , right out of the box .

I agree, just because a part is new doesn't mean it's good.
There is such a thing as a defect in the manufacturing process of anything, auto parts are certainly no exception and the dealer should know it.

It could be the oil pressure sensor is defective.

If it's still under warranty, take it back and get them to swap out the pressure sensor, clear it's codes and check it again.
