Check valve assembly

I'm replacing my transmission check valve assembly how do u take it off and put it back on

Remove check valve, toss it in the trash...install an aftermarket trans cooler...or simply run fittings to delete the valve itself.

A piece of trans cooler hose, some brass fittings and a couple of hose clamps...done!

How do I get it off though n I think removing it will b a good idea but how do I get that check valve assembly off
