Thanks man, I really appreciate. I love the way your sport is coming along too. It's a crappy, rainy day here today but I'll take some new pics when the weather clears up. I'm not sure anything has changed at all since the last ones I put up but I never turn down an opportunity to show the truck off haha

Chuck - No worries. It's too bad you having a problem with those wipers. You would think something like that wouldn't be problem. If worse comes to worse shoot some WD-40 or PB Blast on it.

I actually was just thinking the same thing about using WD-40. That should do the trick just fine. I'm sure they're just stuck on there probably because they haven't been changed but for the first time the wipers were installed.

See great minds do think alike. :Big Laugh:

Sounds like you have some stubborn wipers.

Update for you guys:

Took the truck in for her first service appointment the other day and had an awesome first experience with the Chrysler dealership. I previously was a Ford guy and the Chrysler guys blew them out of the water.

So get this...I got an oil & oil filter change, tire rotation, full truck inspection, all fluids topped off, they installed Rain-X wipers that I supplied, and installed 2 uConnect updates. For $24. I was really impressed. Took em' all of an hour and a half to do all of that, and I got to watch sports center in the lounge the whole time lol.

In sad news, I got a quote of $1,500 for body damage repair that was paused when a tree attacked my truck. The damage isn't too bad so I'm just gonna leave it. I'm not gonna have $1,500 of expendable income for a long, long time. I'd spend it on more mods first lol

Gotta keep that poker face when you got to the dealership!

I tried to act angry since the guy had originally said "give me 45 minutes and you'll be outta here". So hopefully it worked haha.

Yea I'm not thrilled about it either. Although I'm not insane about keeping my truck spotless because I plan on having it for 10 years (that's my goal at least). So I know some dings will come along the way. And this one isn't noticeable unless you're looking for it.

I think the guy at the body shop may have been trying to play me because $1,500 seems ridiculous for what it is.

Yeah that sounds outrageous for something you have to be looking for to see. I'm the same way, not one for spending hours detailing, just a weekly wash.

Yep exactly. I just don't have time to always be detailing it. Ironically I'm sitting at the car wash right now getting the interior detailed lol.

I had to put my buddy's Mastiff in my truck a couple times this week so there are pounds of hair everywhere and I can't stand it.

Sorry to hear about the tree damage. You could file a comprehensive claim, but you'd pay the deductible and your rates would probably go up. On the other hand, many body shops quote retail when you or I are going to pay; they have a wholesale labor and parts rate for the insurance companies.
I had a door keyed on my Durango a few years ago. When I was in the body shop for some insurance work, I asked for a quote to repaint a single door, figuring the the paint match and prep would be cheaper since the insurance company already had to pay for paint booth time. That vulture quoted me $750 bucks! For a single door. Some how I managed not to call him what I was thinking. Problem is hourly shop rates near the DC beltway are nearing $100/hr.

Yea it's way too expensive around here. It sucks! But oh well. That is insane about that price for just a keyed door. I would have flipped out on the guy probably haha
