Another gem from the Jeep 2020 Gladiator market, and another direct fit to the 4th gen RAM 1500 since FCA shared rear control arms and rear panhards from the 4th gen RAM 1500 to the Jeep Gladiator platform. Clayton part# COR-4510110

Specs on the panhard are 1 3/8 x 5/16 dom tubing, then a Giiro bushing on one side, and a 5" long Johnny Joint on the adjuster side, and just like the Clayton rear control arms i'm running, Clayton Rear control arms and trackbars carry a lifetime, no questions asked warranty against bending or breaking.
The bar is pure beef, at checks in at 11lbs

The more parallel the better. The way that angle looks now is more than fine in my case so i haven't done anything about it in 2 years and change. I bought the Carli bracket a few weeks ago and sold it to a member here cause i wasn't motivated enough to remove my welded exhaust legs in the back to drill the mount :)

No, the ones i have are the Overland +, COR-1710120 with Giiro bushings on both sides.
The ones you list are better cause they have the JJ on one side with the Giiro on the other. You can always upgrade the adjustable side bushing from Giiro to JJ, just unbolt one and bolt the other up, of course buying COR-1810120 will be cheaper in the long run. I wanted to test the full experience with the Giiro bushings myself, they're sealed, self centering and maintenance free and i wanted to see that for msyelf :)

I don't know if you have any personal experience with Core 4x4 but if so, how do you think these compare with their arms?

Regarding the angle of my current panhard bar. Looks no different that a 4th gen Stock Rebel which are 1" taller than my Express for example in factory trim. i'm lifted 1.5" and have been running around 1-1.5" lift in the back for 2.5 years without a single issue.

Likewise seems the same panhard angle as the TRX concept

upload_2020-12-11_14-53-27.png

If the panhard angle was good for the Rebel or for the TRX even with a little angle then it's good for me :), but again, the more parallel you run the best the rear should handle.

I know Carli sold the concept of the bracket and it's not that expensive if you want to have it, in my case i'm lifted 1.5" and there is zero need for me for any correction other than to recenter the axel. I run the truck loaded to the roof (anywhere between 800lbs to 1500-1600lsb in the back of the truck ) when we go out for vacations and what not so that bar will go a little more level anyways under those circumstances.

I think it's a matter of preference. Core has a nice set of arms with JJ on both sides if you wanted to have something super strong with more flexy bushings. JJ’s on both sides are a little more of a pita to setup and maintain, not exactly something you'll need on a truck that doesn't flex much offroad, maybe something you wouldn't want if you leave in the salt belt and you're not comfy greasing zerks or rebuilding JJ's, but there are no rules in this game, is really what you want to run and you can go for it.

Jeeps with tons of flex run JJ on both sides and i've have that before. Then i've had DDB's with Synergy, Metalcloak and JKS. I've also ran JJ on one side with Flex joint or rubber on the others with other brands. I like to mix things up and test new parts and so far i've never had Giiro bushings before at all and i wanted to experiment with them and so far so good. You woudn't go wrong with Core regardless of what version arms you run. They sell quality products without a single doubt and have a very high reputation in the Jeep market as well which is where ive known Clayton from as they have been in business for very long. Just like Clayton, Core has the same type of warranty if you break it OFFROADING don't worry we have you covered. So You can't go wrong with either choice.

There is also more companies out there other than Core or Clayton if you wanted to try something different Evo manufacturing is a hell of of a company that do super beefy stuff for Jeeps, Rock Jock, Metalcloak, etc etc, they all have Control arms and panhards for the Gladiator and those are direct fit for us. I see it as a preference and i've tried a bunch of them already and i keep trying new ones. Only way to know what works :)

Is COR-4510110 discontinued? I was able to find it on a few websites, but not on Claytons. It looks like the only one they have is bent to account for the rear spare tire.

I ordered the COR-4510110, but ended up getting sent the COR-4510120 which is bent. Does anyone know if the bent version will fit? I can run out and check but the weather has been awful and under the truck is all mud.

*EDIT: Thinking a bit more...it may work if the bar is flipped so the hump is upside down facing backwards instead of forward. I'm not running the spare under the bed. This may also make more room for the diff cover. It does look like the mounting points for the Gladiator are up higher than the 4th Gen ram.

One last question: The clayton bar and stock gladiator track bars use 90 ft-lbs for torque. Should we use that spec or stick with the 200 ft-lbs for our trucks?

Well I couldn't wait. Truck is currently sitting on stock springs, sway and Fox 2.0's. Thoughts? Should I keep it? If so is upside-down ok?

Here's the Clayton COR-4510120 track bar installed in the Gladiator orientation:

Stock length is perfect fully compressed. I added one turn to help tighten the nut.

It seems they changed the design couple of weeks ago, i see a post in the Gladiator forums dated 01/26/21 that says they're now making the bent version the primary one in all their kits for the JT. Hoping they didn't discontinue the straight version, they should offer both :)

I tought about the bent one for you guys with the alum bigger diff covers but from Dilligaf pic it seems the straight one will fit.

I'm using 100ft/lbs in mine, this is my 3rd panhard now and i've always used 100. 200 will be too much for those bolts. 200 is for the control arms.

Up looks better. Have you tried contacting Clayton and see if they're not making the straight one anymore ?
