clicking noise

When i start the truck or am driving down the road i hear a clicking sound it goes away as soon as i step on gas or brake only makes noise when i stay at steady speed any help would be apprecitied

Lifter or exhaust leak would be my guesses.

Exhaust leak might go away once the engine is warm though.

1 bad thing about dodge.. dam exhaust leaks at the manifold...

Sounds pretty normal to me, mine is always like that lol I just ignore it or tramps down the peddle and let's her roar, soon be header time anyways , chuck the old stockers.
