Any idea what it'd be or if I should be worried about it? I am worried..but hoping I shouldn't be as worried as I am, lol.

It's only happened two or three times that I distinctly heard (listen to music more often than not). Once was a hard turn while reversing (backing out of a parking spot), and once was around a small bend going slightly downhill..

Someone said it could be my 4wd axel about to go?

My U-joints did the same thing when they were going out, so definitely get them replaced with some Spicers.

You can upgrade the tranny before replacing the CV or Ujoint. But I would make this more of a critical need to fix problem. Unless you want your truck to become a three wheeler...
